Ballymoney Borough Council Elections 1993-2011

The TUV gained a seat from the SDLP. While party strengths otherwise did not change, the UUP lost a seat to an Independent in Ballymoney Town and managed to gain a seat from an Independent in Bushvale. In the latter case the incumbent was also the successful candidate having switched allegiance to the UUP. The same candidate was also an unsuccessful UUP Assembly candidate in North Antrim for the election held on the same day. He had also previously represented the same electoral area for the DUP in 1997, 2001 and 2003.
