Questions on Social Inequality were asked in 1999. This module was asked as part of the International Social Survey Programme.
Questions on Income and Poverty were asked in 2021 and 2022.

In Northern Ireland, the New Targeting Social Need Unit is based in the Equality Unit of the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister.
