From 2006 to 2013 he led \u201cBealtaine Festival\u201d a groundbreaking\u00a0celebration of creativity in older age transforming it into one of Ireland\u2019s most significant annual events.<\/p>\n<p>He is co-founder of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativeageinginternational.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Creative Aging International<\/a>, and works to enrich communities by developing new narratives with ageing populations.
