Where individuals have not responded to our enquiries, or where we have been unable to contact them, we have assumed they have no opposition to inclusion in the catalogue. We welcome queries from relevant parties regarding their inclusion in the catalogue and the content of their entries. Similarly, with publishers of materials cited in the catalogue, we have also sought to gain approval where possible.
